Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require a 25% deposit at time of reservation. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices include all advertised components and are guaranteed once full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus $200 processing fee. 60-89 days: 50% refund. 30-59 days: 25% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund unless covered by travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is included in all packages, covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage protection. Coverage details provided upon booking.

Liability and Responsibilities

While we carefully vet all partners and services, Transparent Tour Vacations acts as an intermediary. We are responsible for services as described and will provide remedies for any discrepancies.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest. Travel insurance covers such scenarios.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City.
